About The Party
At the state level in Minnesota, the establishment has ensured that their preferred candidates appear on ballots, while grassroots candidates are silenced, leading to caucus corruption. We have witnessed convention chairs overrule the body, leaving grassroots candidates with no recourse.
The Constitutional Republic Party will be structured to ensure that the power stays with the people, including checks and balances. The Party will work to restore checks and balances on a national level giving power back to you, the people.
Statement of Principles
We, the members of the Constitutional Republic Party, hold that the Federal Government should be restricted in size and scope to the minimum required to perform the duties assigned by the United States Constitution; and the protection of the rights included therein.
We further hold that the Government shall not interfere with the private lives of the citizens of the United States, providing that the citizens are not harming or interfering with the rights of others and that the people are personally responsible for their actions.
We hold that the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence are the source documents of our principles as they are written and what was excluded from these documents was intentional.
