• Contact data may be shared with the Executive Committee.

• Relevant contact data may be shared with the leadership of registered party affiliate organizations.

• Relevant contact data may be shared with nominated candidates after separate approval by the Executive Committee.

• Contact data shall not be shared with non-Constitutional Republic Party candidates, even if they are endorsed.

• With Federal or State Election organizations as required by law.
